Overview
In this episode, Don Spike and John Park continue the trip to the shrine of barbecue, Texas in America. This time, they visit the renowned restaurant which won the James Beard Award. What really caught their attention there was the sauce, not the meat itself. Touched by its deep flavor, they try to learn how to make the secret sauce. Meanwhile, John Park goes on a strike since he gets tired of eating meat over and over again.
