Overview

In this episode, Don Spike and John Park visit the sacred place of barbecue, Texas in America. They head to the nice barbecue restaurant with the tradition of 86 years in Texas. Texas barbecue is well-known for its deep smell and flavor thanks to its unique cooking style. They also get shocked after trying the high-class barbecue with lots of juice and tenderness. Don Spike tries to learn the unique recipe for his pop-up restaurant.
