Overview
Graham uses Chicken, peppers, onion and cheese tortillas to make Chicken Enchiladas. Doubling the sauce to use later and adding Serano Chilie, Garlic and Cilantro to a pan of black beans makes quick Vegetarian Enchiladas for Going The Extra Meal.
