Overview

An Atlanta woman is leaving town with her two little girls at the end of the school year, teaming up with her mother and taking on an Atlanta flip with lots of profit potential. Realtor and flipping expert Egypt Sherrod scores them a unique, unlisted duplex they hope to turn into a single-family home. The ladies prove they're not afraid of power tools while Egypt's husband Mike offers his support and challenges them to up their game.
