First Flip Sisters

Overview

Sisters from Atlanta want to reap the benefits of an ambitious flip and are prepared to take major risks to make it happen. Realtor and flipping expert Egypt Sherrod takes them under her wing and soon lands a choice property for less than the asking price. An old-school fireplace is discovered during demo but a nasty surprise delays the project for weeks. Fortunately, these ladies are not afraid of hard work as long as it means a bigger profit down the line.
