Overview

Emperor JIAQING is grief-stricken over the death of the Crown Prince. Meanwhile, Lady YIM secretly tells Emperor JIAQING that the death of the Crown Prince was not pre-ordained by the heavens, but likely to be inflicted by someone with an ulterior motive. On top of that, she even takes out a straw effigy, accusing LAI GONG GONG of murdering the Crown Prince by casting voodoo spells. On the other hand, LAI GONG GONG predicts that the Emperor will soon be very furious. As expected, shortly afterwards, the Commander appears and throws him in jail after arresting him over the alleged murder of the Crown Prince.
