LAI GONG GONG is getting ready to go back to the capital as soon as possible so as to report MAN-HO's victory over the pirates to Emperor JIAQING; whereas HA SIM prays to Goddess GUAN YIN for MAN-HO, revealing that she would like to follow a vegan diet in hopes of redeeming MAN-HO from his sin of killing. Interrogating captive TAI-MUI, MAN-HO coerces her to disclose CHEUNG PO-TSAI's whereabouts, but TAI-MUI refuses to do so, claiming that the reason why they became the pirates is all because of the navy. Apart from that, she even denounces the brutal crimes of the navy one after another to MAN-HO, MAN-HO then verifies what she said with SIU-FU, who frankly admits everything.
