Episode 22

Overview

SUM and KIU regret losing all of CHAI’s savings and assets. They kneel down and make a formal apology to CHAI and CHAI is generous enough to forgive them. During their chat on the rooftop, SONG suddenly presents a “Wedding Band Coupon” to MIU. As MIU is overwhelmed with joy at his proposal, SONG asks her to rehearse what they would say upon their break-up. MIU is seriously offended by SONG’s attitude and asks to terminate their relationship. Wu Shi has fallen into TIN’s trap and is faced with an unprecedented financial crisis. SONG hurries back to Wu Shi’s head office and is shocked to hear that the Group has acquired a debt-stricken enterprise on TIN’s advice. Wu Shi’s reputation has been badly tarnished by this incident. SONG steps in as a white knight to rescue Wu Shi with a series of emergency proposals. TIN teams up with TAK’s right-hand man HUGO and makes him engage in fraud and illegal dealings……
