Overview
Reporters are stationed at the home of poet and physician Oliver Wendell Holmes; the Cardiff N.Y. farm of William Newell, where the alleged human fossil was discovered; and at the library of Cornell University's president, Andrew D. White. Holmes and a reporter named Bud Wilson sense that the Cardiff giant is not authentic.
