Overview

Barry White, a 25-year veteran of the Hot Rod business, is taking a shortcut by finding a '71 Ford Torino in near showroom condition. This is a perfect blank canvas to transform into a hot street machine, with a more expensive upfront cost of $12k compared to his usual 3 to 6. Tony Correia, the body guy, thinks Christmas has come early. For the first time he only has to tweak the panels to exaggerate the factory lines. While designer and parts guy Chris Brown believes he has an easy street with a few parts to find and a reasonable schedule. A team of cyclists also wants to participate in the build, further exacerbating the team's workload.
