Culinary Avengers

Overview

The recruits step into boot camp and the comic book-themed "Flavor City" to battle in a superfood showdown! Then, chefs Jeff Mauro and Antonia Lofaso challenge the teams to flex their culinary muscles by cooking mussels. In the main dish challenge, the recruits tackle the tricky balance of sweet and sour pork, and the bottom two must face off in a blind elimination by creating a sweet and spicy appetizer.
