Overview

Next, James Beard-nominated chef Luke Zahm travels to Milwaukee to visit Simple Soyman, Wisconsin’s only tofu manufacturing facility. On his way back to the Driftless Café, Zahm stops to pick fresh watercress that he incorporates into a show-closing dish.
