Overview
Wibbly loves looking at clouds but wonders what they actually do. Soon a cloud takes Wibbly on a journey to find out what clouds really do, and they even pick up a few friends along the way. The storm clouds out at sea look fierce - dark and thunderous, and flashing with lightning.
