Overview
Preschool animation exploring ideas and promoting thinking skills, encouraging viewers to make up their own minds. Hugo can't wait to grow up so he can drive cars, watch scary movies, and do whatever he wants! But he soon learns that grown-ups don't always have the freedom to play like kids do.
