Overview
During Pride Month, some companies use rainbow imagery to market products - from cosmetics and bags to sandwiches or burgers - while doing little to support LGBTQIA+ rights. This practice, known as pinkwashing, also appears in politics, including in Israel, where it is regularly criticized by LGBTQIA+ activists worldwide.
