Overview
Laurie and Jackie Gear run an award-winning restaurant in Buckinghamshire but, after five years of hard work, they feel in need of a change and think Australia could hold the answer. But will Melbourne offer them the upmarket food culture they want? And can chef Laurie be persuaded to go back to working in someone else's kitchen?
