Guests' check-up results are disappointing. That's why Matina imposes a better diet but above all more exercise! And of course the Fit Camp will be undertaken by the employees themselves. Yoga classes, green smoothies, weight lifting, dancing and a mini soccer in the garden are Matina and Michalis' last hope to keep the guests healthy.
