Overview

This is the eighth installment of a series documenting the 2009 European Tour of Vic Chesnutt and Elf Power supporting their collaborative album entitled Dark Developments released on Orange Twin Records (2008). The film, shot mostly by Vic himself, documents the day to day of the band's travels across Europe on a 4 week tour.
