Overview
From the sea, we see the port city of Santiago on the island of Cuba in the distance. Santiago's governor is Don Diego Velasquez, who loves nothing more than playing with jewels he brings back from his raids. The Neptunians are watching everything very closely, but things turn out quite differently than planned… what will happen?
