Overview

One by one, participating Umamusume trickle into Japan from around the world, including the Italian champion of the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, Toni Bianca. Ever vigilant, Musaka sends Belno Light on an undercover mission to learn all she can about their opponents. Among these racers, Belno Light happens upon a particularly odd one...
