Costly Diamond vs Diamond in the (very) Rough

Overview

The TDF team must pick between two opposites, and neither is attractive. One house is a full gut-job. It's home to garbage, rats, and a very large colony of bees. The other is in a gated community. Gated communities have Homeowners Associations which can make renovation projects a nightmare. Jamil and the crew could drown in all the red tape. A costly renovation forces them to seek out additional funding through a loan but the interest cuts into their profits.
