Neil and Leslie's romantic evening is interrupted by Gus. Later, Leslie finds a box of Gus' personal items. Lily makes Tyler promise her that he'll never kiss her again, and that they are just friends. Meanwhile, Katherine tells Cane that aside from Lily, no one else can know about her tumor. Cane tries to convince Katherine to tell Murphy and Jill about her diagnosis. Chloe tries to convince Chelsea to convince her to find a guy she can pass off as her baby's father.
