Overview

Rob and his right-hand man, Wes, are on a treasure hunt for their next project in Palm Beach, Florida. They check out four properties that have a lot of potential, but they also need a ton of work. After a scary situation leaves them spooked, the choice is clear, and Rob is ready to take on his biggest project yet.
