Overview
Felix travels to an animation studio, where he sees himself in computer-animated form and meets Candy Kitty, the beautiful sister of his dopey pal Roscoe. When Roscoe falls into a manhole and meets the Sludge King and his bizarre minions, Felix decides to impress the girl by saving her brother.
