Overview
A crew of immigrant gang members stalk Vietnamese families across state lines, leaving horror behind. After one family is killed, police uncover a massacre on Elm Street; one boy survives. Then, a third family massacre occurs; two young boys survive. The killers must be stopped before striking again.
