It's back to the Big Apple, where Rachel and Rodger are set to unveil her first collection to the fashion industry's heavyweights. With a packed three-day schedule, Rachel's newest hire, Jeremiah, tries not to crack under pressure in his first big job as the newest member of the Rachel Zoe team. Rachel also recruits her friend Joey to help out, who she eventually tries to persuade to move to LA and work with her full-time.
