Overview
Ultimately, Salvatore and the Rinaldi’s opt to take Franco’s idea. They get a city permit to rebuild the bar by undercover Rinaldi operative James Brandy, who seems fed up with his position in the gang. Arthur Costello interviews Salvatore regarding the burning down of the bar, Salvatore threatens any associates of the Haitians, but Arthur manipulates his statement to villainise Salvatore, make it seem like he burned down his own bar for insurance or sympathy. Salvatore is pissed, David offers to handle it.
