Overview

Based on their duplex agreement, Riley owns the grounds plus the maintenance and Gillis is responsible for the roof. But Riley is getting tired of doing all the yard work so he starts a rumor that oil has been discovered on their property. When Gillis hears about the oil, he becomes anxious to share in some of the yard work.
