The Black Rose

Overview

An attempt is made on Merlin's life by a member of the Brotherhood of the Black Rose. But the wizard is more concerned about the threat this group poses to Arthur, who is away on a hunting trip with King Lot. It is vital that Excalibur be delivered to the king before the dual threats of the Brotherhood and a band of Saxons overtake his small hunting party. While on this journey, Merlin relates the true story of the Sword in the Stone to Valiant and Dennis.
