Then, Geoffrey Zakarian fries up Crispy Pork and Shrimp Rolls, and Katie Lee Biegel deconstructs stuffed mushrooms, turning them into her Unstuffed Mushroom Dip. For a delectable dessert, Alex Guarnaschelli makes Roasted Pears with Dates, Walnuts and Lemon.
