Episode 5

Overview

FUNG can do nothing in the departments store, thus he turns to the financial sector. He wants to introduce his investment project to the rich and if he succeeds, he will become rich soon. YIN meets CHI CHING in the racecourse. He convinces her that she should not indulge in gambling. CHI CHING is touched by his sincere attitude. After careful consideration, YIN prepares a new development strategy for the workshop and presents it to CHAI MAN. CHAI MAN is convinced and gives him courage to put forward the plan. FUNG meets CHI CHING and promotes his project. CHI CHING promises to accept his plan. FUNG's plan is spoiled by the collapse of the stock market. He borrows money from YIN, claiming that he needs this to help his friend. He gives CHI CHING the money, deceiving her that this is the profit. CHI CHIN is no longer being looked down upon. CHAI MAN finds that YIN has taken away the capital of the workshop……
