Overview

When a fear-crazed man, without past, present, or future. is picked up in Berlin, and refuses to talk, Dr. Austen is thrown into the highly-charged world of East-West tension. He is faced with the problem of making the victim talk before the Department resorts to more brutal forms of persuasion.
