Overview
The Jaguars' first-year Director of Strength and Conditioning, Eric Ciano, turns up the heat at Summer conditioning by introducing a competitive twist: The Iron Jaguar Games. Captains draft their teammates into opposing groups. One individual and one group earn the title of "Iron Jaguar".
