These are good times for the Swedes who have now become Christians. The economy is booming and the harvests are good. The population grows and the Swedish empire begins to be built step by step. But everything is challenged when times suddenly get worse and the plague wipes out a third of the population. Simon J Berger is the narrator of the series.
