Overview
Si and Dave explore Lincolnshire, where they cook a traditional county favourite in Lincoln, taste free-range beef and lamb and get their hands dirty on a cauliflower farm. Finally, they go head to head in a cook-off against top chef Colin McGurran. Restaurant diners decide in a blind tasting who has delivered the best of Lincolnshire on a plate.
