Overview
In 1987, a passenger plane of Polish Airlines crashed in the Kabacki Forest, on the outskirts of Warsaw. Everyone on board was killed. To this day, it is the darkest day in the history of Polish aviation. Why was there an accident? Could it have been prevented?
