Overview

Seven food trucks hit Charleston, S.C., and Chef Kardea Brown shows no mercy as she judges their attempts at Gullah Geechee dishes. Then, host Tyler Florence releases the teams to sell on the wild streets of Charleston, revealing who's ready for the hard sell and who falls way short. Finally, facing torrential rains, Chef Rodney Scott brings his signature BBQ to the teams to see who can make a dish worthy of a real pitmaster.
