Jo Brand looks back at Tuesday's semi-final, presenting highlights and unseen footage from the tent as the four remaining bakers competed for the three places in next week's final. This week the theme was patisserie, and here Jo and her fellow panellists meet the unlucky contestant whose efforts were not quite good enough to impress Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith.
