Overview

The game follows siblings Andrew (Andy) and Ashley (Leyley) Graves, who are trapped in a rundown apartment during a government-mandated quarantine over a supposed parasite outbreak in the water supply. Their parents have abandoned them, and they're slowly starving. Desperate, they turn to extreme measures: murder, cannibalism, and occult rituals (after witnessing a botched satanic summoning by a neighbor). The story explores their deeply toxic, codependent relationship as they navigate a dystopian world, escape their situation, and commit escalating crimes.
