The Helicopter goes to war - German use in conjunction with U-boats, US Coast Guard’s helicopters, RAF’s autogiro flight. Some colour footage. Truly multi-role (military) - development of light observation, utility, transport, heavy lift, and gunship types, using Vietnam, Falklands, Gulf War footage. Almost entirely in colour.
