Jethalal starts the new year by praying to the sun and the moon. When he meets Babitaji, he believes his year is off to a good start. But, he is interrupted by Bhide who asks him for the society maintenance cheque. Bhide later confers with Dr. Haathi to write an inspirational message for the society.
