Overview

On the way back, Xu Erju called again and asked Xu Daju to surrender. Han Wangjie answered the phone for Xu Daju in the hospital. Xu Daju called "Brother Wangjie" guiltily, and accompanied by Han Wangjie, surrendered to the Public Security Bureau. Han Wangjie had to go to the airport to personally welcome lawyer Ling Feng from Belgium. So that night, Mayor Lu received Xu Laohuai who came from Xishan on behalf of Secretary Han. In the early morning, Xu Laohuai and Erju came to the bridge where Han Wangjie was doing morning exercises.
