Overview
Michael Symon enjoys a golden summer with his California-inspired grilled feast. First up is the underappreciated Smoked Tri-Tip, sliced for maximum flavor, followed by a Grilled Avocado Salad with "Cranch" Dressing, a unique and refreshing choice when you can't wait to dig in.
