Overview
Tasev is calling from abroad to warn that a secret appraiser from the extremely prestigious Eurostar catalog will come to the hotel. Nicola thinks that this is a perfect chance to prove that he is better than Gomez. He wants to know who the appraiser is, to serve him perfectly and to steal the laurels. However, Gomez is much more skilled than Nikola in the hotel business and working with clients.
