The Murderer Dies Twice

Overview

Inspector Toragoro's bratty nephew is visiting, and Bikel and Walter get saddled with babysitting duty. However, things are cut short when a police station is attacked by a man who should have been shot to death in a bank robbery and now he seems to be able to fire laser beams from his fingertips. When he kidnaps Toragoro's nephew, Winspector has to shift into high gear.
