On July 18, 1972, a group of nine SAS soldiers fought a long and arduous battle against a 300-strong army of communist insurgents, determined to seize control of oil fields near the Omani town of Mirbat. This documentary uses first-hand interviews and dramatic reconstructions to tell the story of the group's victory, hailed by many as the SAS's finest hour.
