Vibhuti and Tiwari, The Unusual Criminals!

Overview

The police commissioner visits Happu Singh’s police station and warns him about the upcoming inspection. He asks him to arrest some criminals soon if he wants to save his job. Later, Happu Singh meets Tiwari and Vibhuti and they discuss their problems. Pelu then asks them to pose as criminals for Happu Singh and go to jail in exchange for money. They agree initially and inform their wives about the plan. However, Angoori and Anita completely reject this idea as it is a crime.
