Overview

Amanda is visited by Count Ditmar and Philip, who have significant news in their luggage. Mrs Andersen returns home from England with a surprising offer to Edith. And then Mrs. Fjeldsø experiences alarming news about her daughter-in-law's brother, the Austrian Jew Robert, who was rejected at the Danish border.
