Overview
The yard is running smoothly, and boss Terry Walker is getting bored. His plan to get the lads to take part in a semi-naked calendar might keep him amused, but will anyone else get their kit off? And when Terry tries to make a quick profit selling grit salt, Lyndsay realises she's got to keep her eye on him. She'd love to get him to slow down, but as the team gathers for the staff Christmas party, it's clear that retirement is the last thing on his mind.
