James Martin presents a special New Year edition of the cooking show. He is joined by chefs Eric Chavot, Vivek Singh and Catherine Fulvio. Actor Ian McShane faces his food heaven or food hell, and there are archive moments from Rick Stein, Nigel Slater and Raymond Blanc. Wine expert Olly Smith is on hand to choose the wines to match the dishes cooked in the studio.
